The world's highest hotel has officially welcomed visitors.

Ciel Dubai Marina, the newest member of the Vignette Collection from IHG, becomes part of the towering superstructures in the UAE's capital.

The hotel stands at 377 meters high, featuring 82 levels and 1,004 rooms and suites. Here's a glimpse into this remarkable establishment.

Dubai is experiencing atourism boomThe city received 18.7 million international travelers in the previous year, marking a 9 percent increase from 2023, and is now focusing more on attracting high-net-worth visitors.

International investment in tourism exceeded $2 billion (€1.7 billion) in 2024, with the Ciel Dubai Marina representing the bold nature of this growth.

"We are excited to have guests visit Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection, a pioneering landmark that reimagines innovation, luxury, and creativity at all levels," said Heinrich Morio, the hotel's managing director.

“This extraordinary hotelshows Dubai's position as a worldwide hub for travel and commerce, providing an experience that is both luxurious and unforgettable.

The elongated formation was created by NORR Group architects, with all elements centered on verticality.

Every room features full-height windows to make the most of the breathtaking views of Palm Jumeirah, the Dubai skyline, and the Arabian Peninsula.Gulf.

An outdoor infinity pool, overlooking the ocean, is located on floor 76 — among the highest in the world — while the summit of the building includes a viewing platform offering expansive vistas to the horizon.

The designers state that Ciel's plan tackles "numerous intricate issues, such as resource efficiency and environmental friendliness."

"Ciel is driven by ambition, incorporating vertically arranged enclosed gardens along the entire height of the building," states the architectural firm on its website.

Towards the beginning of the design process, computational fluid dynamics analysis and wind tunnel testing significantly influenced the structure and form of the tower.

8 dining spots and a 24-hour fitness center

The hotelHis facilities are as luxurious as the architecture.

Eight places to eat are available. West 13 offers a Mediterranean cuisine, featuring handcrafted pasta, gyros, tacos, mezze, and homemade bakery items.

East 14 offers visitors an Asian culinary journey featuring live ramen, pho, sushi, dim sum, and curries. Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery provides breakfast, lunch, and a full-day menu with freshly made pastries and specialty coffee.

The most striking feature is Tattu, a highly acclaimed, UK-based modern Asian dining concept. The hotel features three locations: Tattu Restaurant & Bar, Tattu Sky Pool, and Tattu Sky Lounge.

The journey starts at level 74, where the restaurant invites visitors into a realm of "ancient mythology, modern expertise, and modern Chinese and Japanese food."

At level 76 lies the Tattu Sky Pool, located 310 meters above ground, featuring comfortable loungers, Japanese-inspired snacks, and a vibrant atmosphere that transitions from daytime leisure to sunset DJ performances.

The climax of TattuDubaiexperience is at level 81, where the Sky Lounge & Terrace offers music, drinks, and panoramic views.

A 24-hour advanced gym offering panoramic views is available. At ground level, visitors can take advantage of Soluna Beach Club located on Palm Jumeirah. In February 2026, a spa will be introduced on the 61st floor.
