Paris Jacksonhas claimed that her inheritance from her father,Michael Jackson, has been mismanaged.
The world's most famous pop singer passed away at the age of 50 in 2009., leaving three young children, Prince, 28, Paris, 27, and Bigi (previously called Blanket), 23, with his second wife, Debbie Rowe.
The three were still young when he passed away, with Jackson's extensive fortune overseen by appointed executors.
Nevertheless, on November 18, Paris has claimed in a complaint submitted to the Los Angeles court that funds have been mishandled.
She claimed that approximately $464 million (£353m) in cash remains unallocated by co-executors John Branca and John McClain.
The total has noted an increase of under 0.1% because of 'unproductive investments,' with the indication that the funds might have earned $41 million (£31.3 million) in profits if managed correctly.
The document states: 'Paris is increasingly worried that the Estate has turned into a means for John Branca to gain wealth and power, instead of acting in the best interests of the beneficiaries and firmly protecting her father's legacy.'
The submission also claimed that the executors retained more than $10m ($7.6m) in payments during 2021.
They claim this is "more than twice the sum given to any recipient from the family allowance."
Furthermore, it was proposed that the estimated total payment to the executors by 2021 amounts to $148.2 million (£113 million).
The document mentions that "it surpasses any sum given to Paris or her brothers."
The executors have not yet released the financial records for 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025, and Jackson alleges that the executors are delaying action, thereby keeping the estate active indefinitely and investing in risky ventures.
One example of this is the latest Michael Jackson biopic, Michael,in which John Branca portrayed the Eternity actor Miles Teller as himself.
It was claimed that this constituted a 'high-risk' investment because the executors did not possess the required expertise in the industry.
'It seems that Mr Branca utilized his role as an Executive Producer, a position he has not held previously in relation to any dramatic feature film, to cast the only A-list actor in the production, Miles Teller, to portray himself in the upcoming biographical film,' the objection states.
It is worth mentioning that the biographical film will also feature Sing Sing's superstarColman Domingo portrays Joe Jackson, Michael's father.
Nevertheless, a source affiliated with the Jackson estate statedPeopleThe reality is that Paris Jackson's legal team has lost their most recent lawsuit against the Estate and have been required to cover the Estate's legal costs.
In a declaration to the Daily Mail, a representative of Paris Jackson stated: 'This order pertains only to minor procedural matters and does not alter the facts: the conduct of the executors and their legal representatives raises serious concerns, and Paris will keep striving to ensure her family is treated justly. We are planning to submit a revised document soon.'
All the recipients are properly looked after by the Estate. This is a feeble effort to alter the story of their loss.
Although Jackson was a renowned vocalist with many albums and packed performances, he owed $500 million (£381 million) at the time of his passing.
Executors had previously challenged Paris's assertion earlier this year that they had provided gifts valued at $625,000 (£476,750) to legal firms.
They stated that Paris has received roughly $65 million (£49.6 million) in advantages from her father's inheritance.
A filing dated October 14 stated that few have gained more from the Executors' business decisions than the Petitioner, who has received approximately $65 million in benefits from the Estate.
She would never have obtained it if the Executors had adhered to a standard procedure for an estate of this nature in July 2009.
